『エビスさん』は、三軒茶屋に２軒、三宿に1件・・・更に店舗展開しそうです！何が美味しいかというと、レバ刺しなどの肉の刺身です！
刺身にはコブクロ、ハツ、ミノがあります！
どれをとっても、新鮮さという最も重要な特性を備えた刺身を出してくれます！
勿論、焼き物も他店には引けを取るものではなく、とっても美味しいです！！
またホルモン焼きも、かなりのインパクトです！！
三軒茶屋店の不思議は、夏に何処かに行ってしまったお店の扉が、冬になっても戻ってきません・・・！？
そして飲み物に、米焼酎『山河』を出してくれるのが、とてつもなく嬉しいです！！
As the Michelin guide book reported, many nice restaurants are in Tokyo.
On the barbecue or yakitori (grilled chiken), I recommend ‘Ebisu-san’ very much. At now three branches are near Sangenjyaya area, Setagaya, Tokyo.
And my most favorite dish is ‘liver sashimi’ from pig, which is so fresh as I have never tasted, before !
Other kinds of yakitori and hormone (pig gut) are also my favorites.
Let’s enjoy them with glasses of ‘Sanga’ syocyu !!
